I have been away, trying to figure things out . . .You know we all have those 

times in out lives where we have this dream of painting, and creating

and so as Marie Forleo says,

"Everything is Figure-outable"

I say, "It just takes some of us longer than others . . . "

I have been experimenting with different materials and this

floral below is an Alisa Burke

Lesson that I love . .  . I love painting the color first and then

going over the top of the color with

designs that magically appear as I draw.

I love knowing how I never know how these works will

turn out.

This whole page is done creating a background first

either with acrylics or watercolor.  Sometimes I stencil and sometimes

I just place a paper towel over the wet background and the design

on the paper towel is left behind.  Magic right . . . We have to be willing

to experiment because we are full of ideas and to trust our instincts is Brave!
